To broadly indicate the range of content open to you our Executive Head Chef, Viv Marshall, has created the following sample menus for served functions in our Restaurant, Regency Room or Drawing Room. Menu selection is important to our guests and we will present a range of choices for you following our initial discussions in order to enhance this unique occasion. The menu content is your individual choice and we will make every effort to meet your requirements. Naturally some dishes are available on a seasonal basis and guidance will be given on such items to ensure that the food is presented and served at its best.
Marquee weddings are catered for in a similar manner and due to the larger numbers involved specialist menus have been developed.
