New Lakeside Island Gazebo - Outdoor Weddings in South Devon!
Our New Wedding Gazebo which has been 4 years in planning and development is now working beautifully!
A totally unique and picturesque setting, located a short stroll from the house on an island specifically designed and created for the most intimate of outdoor weddings, our new Gazebo is now licensed for outdoor weddings. It can take up to 120 guests sitting facing the Gazebo.
Included in the usage package is the provision of a backup facility within the house just in case the British weather doesn't wish to play along! Afterwards drinks and can be served across from the island on the lawns close to the house.

Available everyday as part of a full Wedding Reception at Kitley House.
The Gazebo Hire Charge:
For Exclusive Use and Non Exclusive Use Weddings - £250 on top of the Venue Hire Charge
Included in the outdoor wedding package:-
- Seating for up to 120 guests
- Microphone and speakers
- Backup Facility in Kitley House
These prices do not include the registrar’s attendance fee, which is payable by you directly to them.
If you wish to book a Civil Wedding Ceremony at Kitley House, you must contact the South Hams Registrars to arrange this service for you ~ Tel: 01803 861181 and ask for the Registrar of Marriages.
Ceremony Only Packages
These are available Monday – Thursday at either 12pm or 4pm and include the use of the Gazebo and grounds for photographs for a maximum of 3 hours, ½ hour before the Ceremony followed by drinks, photos, etc and to be finished by either 2.30pm or 6.30pm.

Gazebo, Bubbly and Canapés Package
Gazebo Hire Charge based on the above numbers
Bubbly & Canapés @ £15.00 per person to include 2 glasses of pink or white sparkling wine
Gazebo, Bubbly and Devon High Tea Package
Gazebo Hire Charge based on the above numbers
Bubbly & Devon High Cream Tea Package @ £20.00 per person
